purchased house 1991 in agreement of sale position delivered from my paternal uncle
fr spesific performance as it is undivided hindu famly registration not took place and suit is dismissed now what is solution
dear sirs iam in the position morethan 12 years

the time is 3 years for agreement. so you have to be filed within 1994 depends the date. but you fail to file a suit in time. therefore it is not maintainable for filing suit.if any condition has been mentioned in the aggreement if the content of the agreement is not fulfilled in the matter of repayment, you gothrough its way to proceed.

You have not provided the required information.

In a suit for specific performance of an agreement for the purpose of limitation, the possession is not relevant. The only relevant fact is that what was the time fixed for registration of sale deed. If no time is specified, then when the other party refused to get the sale deed registered.
