If anyone want to buy a flat in andhra pradesh hyderabad...what are the doucment he should check from the builder before buying property...
how to proceed to buy the flat...do i need to take lawyer assitance....

You have to verify the document executed by the site owners in favour of the builder as well as the link documents so as to trace the title.

2) obtain EC from the registrar office under whose jurisdiction the building is situated.

3) verify whether the plan is approved or not and whether there are any violations to the same.

As tracing of title needs legal expertise and experience in reading the documents you better consult a local advocate with all the relevant documents. Regards Srinivas BSST
