advise about how to register the case

Sir , I m new advocate. what is the procedure to enter the any case in session court.for eg. I want to leave a drunker from police station?

Brother, it is an out look of an Advocate, who lern the procedure in a court practice, not in class room or in e.mail. ok
Now you may try to observe court proceedings and lern personally by observation, as it is not advisable to lern through e.mail ok

First of all I don't follow the querry. However on a general I amy say that a drunker ans sessions court have no connection. To release an accused from magistrate court you have to file an application and apply for bail with two solvent sureties. OIf you want release a person from police custody move your readiness to take the accused on bail if ir is bailable offenmce and if non-balilable apply to the court when he is produced. if not producing before the court with in 24 hrs of arrest then you can move a petition before the court for his production before the court.
