Is it necessary to give bonus to his employees if the company is limited company ?

Yes a minimum bonus which shall be 8.33 percent of the annual salary or wage earned to be given as bonus to the employees

only to the extent of employees who are getting Rs. 3500 or less.for this the amount for calculation shall be taken as Rs 25,00. there are certain calsulations and where you dont get benefit a minimum of Rs.100 or some percent of the wages are to be paid, whichever is lower.
