i purchased ticket from cleartrip ,com fromt he website. I live in delhi. Their offices seems to be in MUmbai. where i can file complaint with consumer forum. what is the jurisdictiion

in mumbai as their office is in Mumbai, but you can file a civil suit in Delhi

It means one should not do any shopping on line. I live in Delhi and I have to go to Mumbai to file in consumer court in mumbai. Dont you think that this is serious lacunae in the time of internet .I did booking sitting in delhi so thought jurisdiction lies in delhi
