My friend wife (37Y)is not ready to give divorce and their case is on since 2006 at family court at Chennai. My friend(41Y) is working at hyderabad and his wife does not know where he lives . She is employed and no child and no maintenance .
In the meantime he developed relation with his associates who work in same company and she is a widow(35Y) with child(7y) and they are of same cast. The girl and her family knows the complete case history of my friend.
Both the families agreed for very simple marriage at temple and planning to take up their new life as live in relationship. Both the families are planning to go with some kind of agreement and once my friend get divorce , they will legalize their second marriage.
They would like to know whether any trouble can created by first wife. Is that any standard form of agreement is there for live in relationship. How to protect the girl and child . What kind of precaution should be taken . Kindly advice.

Girl and Child could not ask for any legal protection.First wife can take legal action .

Your friend's plan to enter into a live in relationship with his collegue may land him into trouble. The first wife can file a criminal case against him for adultery and drag him before the criminal court. Better he gets divorce from his first wife and then marry the other lady. The agreemnt contemplated by your friend with the lady with whom he wants have a live in ralrion would be null and void.
