chawl property at Dahisar

I have a room at dahisar which is given on rent for nearly 3 years can a tenent which is staying the room can transfer my room in his name without my permission and without giving me electricity bills?

No. It cannot be done. You can object to it.

no, sub tenancy is not permissible in law.
