Daughter in law divorced my son.
Son married another woman.
Other Details ============= Residential property, i.e 30 years old independent house in Hyderabad Self acquired property of Grand father & not ancestral Grand Father still alive with Grand Mother
Question -------- 1) Does children (Currently minors) of first wifes have any property rights on the grandfather's property 2) Do they have right to stay along with thier grand father, if yes how do the old people defend themselves since this plan might be skecthed by the ex wife? Eventually old people would like to live peacefully 3) Do the senior citizens have any protection from law, if so how to utilise?
