sir in dda scheme in delhi
there is condition that applicant does not have any flat in delhi.

sir we have flat in dehli in mom name .we have only power of attorney.
can we apply because power of attorney does not register anywhere

If the principal does have any flat in Delhi then he0she can not apply. You have to apply in other name.

Dear Mr. Nikhil please check up whether the condition is that "Applicant should not already have a DDA flat in Delhi" or Any flat in Delhi.

Further, if your mother has a flat and it is not mutated in her name, but if she is only having the Power of Attorney for that flat, perhaps technically your mother will be in a position to apply for the DDA flat. [This is mainly because the GPA according to you has not been registered in your Mom's name].

POA does not give you the ownership right you may apply

condition is that "the applicant must not own any residential flat or plot in full or in part on lease hold or free hold basis in delhi/new delhi either in his/her own name or in the name of his/her wife /husband or in the name of his/her minor or dependent children."

we does not have any flat except my mother name through power of attorney.
can we apply through my father name
