Yes by filing complaint u/s 406 of IPC.

The company can file a criminal or civil case depending upon the situation. You have stated that you have resigned, If the company had relieved you, they can not sue you for their property.

If you have signed NDS agreement and violated it after the reliving order, the company can claim compensation.
