Pension Problem - Urgent Please, Kindly go through this mail

Dear Sirs,

Thanks for your mail and reply. As induicated that my mother is due from her service on November 30, 2010 under M/o Health & Family Welfare, Govt of West Bengal. She has learnt from some source that she will be not be receiving any pension till the month of April 2011 due to "Embargo of the Govt of West Bengal.Please advice if embargo is applicable in respect of indivisual retiring employee or in respect of all the employees retiring during such period. Can Pension be stopped on the ground of embargo by the concerned Sate / Central Govt. Please also advice if the Govt servant does not receive Pension for a long time on the above ground then in such an event whom to approach and what is the remedy. Ur valuable advice in this matter will be immense help too me and will enable to take steps as per your advice.
