Compensation from Revenue Officer

Respected Experts,
A revenue officer and some of the revenue staffs have tried to trap me and harassed me for two years with malicious intention. The report and entire order sheet proves this which is full of manipulation and forgery. Can I file or seek compensation of our suffering? If I file criminal suit against them then is it necessary to give the names of witness or documentary proofs are sufficient?

You have to file criminal and civil cases claiming damages against the revenue officer

Dear Anonymous,
These are not like mathematical answers to say Yes or No.
It will largely depend upon the materials that you have, the actions of the Revenue Officials, whether they have official protection or not etc.
It is easy for me to say YES or NO, the consequences you will undergo. So as a responsible person, instead of simply saying the legal provision as YES or NO, I would like to go through the material with you before answering your question.
