Bombay High Court, contempt / perjury petitions

if defendants during the course of a pending Suit in Bombay High Court has committed acts of perjury and contempt,
Is it required to file saparate contempt and perjury petitions and application to bar council ?

Provide the order of the court and how they disobeyed the order then only experts can suggest perfectly.

With reference to the reply of Mr. Khaleel Ahmed dated 18 November 2010;

a. the Defendants under signatures of their advocates as witness have filed many concocted / false documents and gave false information to the Court in their affidavit under oath.
b. a third party has also been filing affidavits pretending as original Defendant.
As per various court orders; deliberately giving false information / submitting false documents to the Court with malafide intentions to mislead the Hon'ble court is considered as contempt of Court.
