sir in loha mandi naraina one person take the kabja of the park and he takes money for booking the park in illegal manner so sir you are requested to tell us where and in which department we have to file rti?

You can file application before the PIO,dda . They will provide the information. If the do not have the information then they will forward the same to the appropriate authority within 5days of receipt of your application U/S 6[3] of the RTI Act.
