Dear Mr. Arjun,
Since you have completed your LL.B.degree this year i.e. academic year 2009-2010, first you have to enrol yourself with the State Bar Council. Thereafter you have to sit for the All India Bar Examination. Only after clearing the AIBE, you will be able to practice as an Advocate and certainly not before that.
We hear that the AIBE scheduled for December 5 stands postponed by 3 months - the matter is yet to be confirmed.
In any case you may contact your State Bar Council and obtain further details.
All the bets.

Thank you for your reply Mr.Ramachandran.

Can you please also suggest for below,

Can i work in pvt company and also can do practicing ?

R.Ramachandran (Expert) 16 November 2010
No. A person who is an employee, or who is a businessman will not be enrolled as an Advocate and consequently cannot practice as an Advocate.

You are eligible for the practice but you will have to appear for the examination conducted by AIBE

No you can work for the company if you want to be in full pledged practice. If you want to work you will have to surrender your sanad.

However, there is no bar to get yourself involved in all the back-end tasks of all litigation matters including legal counselling to clients.
