if A is to pay Rs. 100000 to B and C jointly. Before the Date of payment, B is dead. Now can C alone demand the payment in full??
And if not so, how much is the liablity of A towards C now...??

Yes C alone can demand the payment unless it is otherwise provided for in the agreement if any but in any case on repayment by A, C is duty bound to give the proportionate share to the legal heirs of B.
