KINDLY NOTE THAT

1.YOU OWN HOUSE AT VALSAD, AND HAVE TO ADD SECOND NAME ON PROPERTY RECORDS OF CITY SURVEY OFFICE IN THE LOCAL AREA.
2.YOU HAVE TO MAKE AN APPLICATION TO THE LOCAL CITY SURVEY OFFICE MENTIONING ALL FACTS AND ADDING THE SECOND NAME TO THE RECORDS OF HOUSE PROPERTY.YOU SUBMIT THE IDENTITY PROOF OF BOTH THE APPLICANTS WITH SIGNATURES OF BOTH ON THE SAME.KINDLY SUBMIT AN AFFIDAVIT ON STAMP PAPER MENTIONING ALL FACTS DULY NOTORISE THE SAME.YOUR PURPOSE WILL BE SERVED.GOOD LUCK.
3.KINDLY FURTHER NOTE THAT THE 7 / 12 EXTRACT IS USED FOR OWNERSHIP OF LAND AND RECORDS ARE KEPT AT COLLECTORS OFFICE.BUT YOU OWN A HOUSE HENCE THE RECORDS OF HOUSE PROPERTY ARE MAINTAINED AT CITY SURVEY OFFICE WHICH SITUATED IN THE LOCAL MUNCIPAL OFFICE PLEASE NOTE.GOOD LUCK.
WITH BEST REGARDS TO ALL.

In addition to the opinion of Nandkumar, I suggest that without changing ownership of your share in the name of person you intend to add in the property ownership papers, you cannot do so as desired. You may transfer your share either by way of sale-deed, gift-deed, mortgage, lease etc. and all such events may allow other person to include his name in the property ownership documents.

I agree with Mr. Makkad

I am also supporting the above suggestions.
