Urgent Advice -- For Divorce

Separated from parents and living separately with
wife in a rented accomodation for past 4 months.
Wife always fighting and quarreling. I want to end
the relation with her fed up with daily abuse and
fights for past 8 months.
Wife says, that she will not give divorce and will
make my life hell by residing with me in the rented
accomodation. She says that she wont go to CAW but
will keep fighting and will make my and my parents
life a hell. Parents are not staying with me.
Please advise what should I do?
I want divorce and marriage is 8 months old only.

divorce can take time ! you can solve your prob with the help of parents of both parties or any relatives but you can start sue for divorce on the cruelty basis

Parents and elders had a discussion and her elders are so abusive and they start threatening me and my parents for false cases and local gundas.
So we decided to get separated from parents in July'10. But no change at all.That's why I decided to take divorce from her.
Please reply me with available options of divorce.Since she says she wont give divorce will create my life a havoc.

IN YOUE SITUATION YOU SHOULD WAIT FOR 04 MONTHS bcz ony year is lime limit for filing the divorce petition before the court.
you can file divorce petition u/s 13 of the HM Act,1955 on the ground of the cruaility.
But as you stated she is not agree fo the same you shall move an application to police that she is thearting to you for lodge fourge cases against you and ready to face the saveral litigation i.e.
498A IPC AND 3/4 DP Act and 125Cr.P.C case for mantinance.
