cross examination has been closed because advocate not present in court.

there is any provision in cr p c for re open it?

a criminal court can re call same order?

s.subramanian (Expert) 07 October 2010
No problem .You can file a petition to recall the witness for cross examination. The court cannot refuse that oppotunity to you. File it under Sec.311 of Cr.P.C.
Devajyoti Barman (Expert) 07 October 2010
Yes. For cpc you can file petition u/s 151 for recalling the order od closure of evidence.
Chanchal Nag Chowdhury (Expert) 08 October 2010
If it is a criminal case,U will have to go up in revision as the Cr.PC. does not allow an order to be recalled.
If it is a civil case, U may apply under S.151 CPC.
Khaleel Ahmed (Expert) 13 October 2010
Mr. Subramanian and Mr. Barman advised well.
