what are the rights of an intervenor in indian law(civil cases)?

It depends upon the legal rights that he has in the subject matter of the suit or other civil proceedings and the purpose for which he got impleaded as intervener.

Yes right. The admission of the intervener in the suit alopne does not establish his any right in the issue in question.
