sir ,
i got the knowledge that i have property in haryana on the name of father of my grand father,

now i have identified the property it cost around in 2 to 3 crore.but when i talk to few senior member of my relative they are not interesting in talking about it. i am feelimg fear that they will sale property solely.
i want some guidance, how can safe my share in that property legally.mean i want to do something after that property cannot be sale without my permission.
how can i do it.

please give me your valuable advise.

You can file a suit for partition immediateley and ask for injunction restraining alienation of the property.

file a suit for partition and separate possession against the co-sharers. If some other co-sharers interested, they will surely submit to decree
