Sale of Open Parking space is not allowed by Builders.

Recently Hon'ble Supreme court of India has directed that builders can sell only parking in the basement of their apartments. but they cannot sell open parking . it was in news just two days back....

I would be thankful in case copy of the judgement is sent to me at the earliest, it is judgement that can be useful to all common buyers buying flats in apartments.

INDISCRIMINATE SALE OF PARKING PLACES,BOTH OPEN OR CLOSED THROUGH CASH TRANSACTIONS IS HUNDRED PERCENT PRACTICE IN JAIPUR - RAJASTHAN.1 OPEN PARKING SOLD 2. NO RECEIPT OF SALE OF PARKING GIVEN,3.SALE IS NOT BASED ON ANY PRESCRIBED NORMS . IT IS OVER THE COUNTER SALE WITH SIGNIFICANT VARIATION IN PRICES. IN SOME SITUATION ,BUILDER-VENDOR DUO ARE SELLING AREAS NOT APPROVED FOR PARKING AS PARKING. EXTORTION OF MONEY IS THE THEME OF BUILDERS.

IN ORDER TO RESOLVE AND RECTIFY ALL THESE JUGGLARIES AND ONGOINGS, GOVT. SHOULD INTRODUCE APARTMENT ACT AND REALESTATE BILL . THESE STEPS WILL STOP MANY SHADY ONGOINGS.
