sale deed

Querist : Anonymous (Querist) 25 August 2010 This query is : Resolved 
power agent of seller created a sale deed mentioned in sale deed as 13Lakhs AND to pay Rs.12.32 lakhs to citi finance which was mortgaged and to seller Rs.68,000/- thru a/c payee cheque which was enchased by him on same day , the problem is after executing the sale deed ,I contacted citi finance to repay the loan they said loan amount is 20 lakhs,when i contacted power agent and seller,seller is bluffing, i was trapped,
i again contacted seller's power agent he is very cooperative, konwing this seller cancelled the power ,again i contacted city finance they refused to give documents nor recieve money from me

You are the owner of the property now. You ask for accounts from the citi finance and analyse them. Then you can conclude the correctness of the claim. Citi finance cannot refuse to give you the detials. Once the loan is fully discharged,they have to return the documents only to you. If there is any problem,you are always at liberty to approach the court of law for redressal.

sir, but city finace had given the reply as u r the third party so we r not in a position to disclose the secrecy of our borrower nor hand over the document , can i get order from court that once power is executed the registrar should not cancel the power
