dear sir
clarify me adverse possesion doctrine and its impact how to file the adverse possession how much suit fee file on it who will be the respondent in that suit.

Mr. Bansal, suit can not be filed on the basis of adverse possession, however, defendant can take plea of adverse possession.

better visit some lawyer and discuss the matter in toto.

Mostly it can be taken as a defence. But if a suit is filed on the basis of adverse possession,you have to prove your continuous possesion on the basis of concrete documentary evidence.
