Que.1.Dear Experts I want to know Beside the Prayer for monthly Maintenance ,

Does remaining junk stuff (Which includes allegations) in that petition has any importance and bearing on 125 Cr.P.C case?

yes. unless they are countered properly by valid denials,they will remain unchallenged and prove to be a headache in future.
