How to take action against Mejested

Hello sir,
Some month before i send a quary regarding the action of Mejested. I am Mohammed kaisuddin, work as a Software Engineer at Hyderabad and my wife is a Mejested in Jalgao Distic, Maharashtra.
There are some dispute between me and my wife. we started to send the notices to each other. In that notices she made many false allegation on me. I want to discuss all the metter in front of relative or responsible person but she refuse my written proposal. She want to discuss only in between us or with over advocate.
Because her position, i didn't get any strong advocate to stand and register my case in court.
Please advice me what i need to do to bring her false in front of society.

Thanks for the reply.
we approach with jamath but she again refuse my proposal and agree for 'KULLA'. She send a message for KULLA and i accept it also.
After idd (after 10 sep)we will fix the date and separate out permanently. But before that we want to realize her mistake and want to bring back with condition. because we have one kid around one and half year old.
KULLA is procedure of divorce in muslim , in which girl is take the divorce.
Please advice me, how can i bring the truth out and realize her mistake.

from what you say it sems that you have wriggled yourself out of her cluthches. be happy and thankful to Allah. Al mighty will make her realise her mistakes. forget the past and start a new life.

I can't forget the past because her brother bit me.
I pull her family in front of Society. To save her family, she don't want to come in front of relative and give clarification. (please read the attached notice. this is the recent notice those she send to me).
There is no hope is left between us. we discussed a lot but there is no result.
Now my problem is, I want to bring the truth in front of society. i want to take an action that being a judiciary officer, how she can made a false allegation on anyone.
please guide me how can i take action against her.

Mr. Kais, the advise of Sh. Subramaniam is quite right, today in gender biased Laws scenario and your wife being a serving Judicial Magistrate can do lot of damage if not provoked so be very carefull to keep your priorities in life now that she has Kulla.
Rest is your choice how you want to curb matters in a refined way.

Thank Subramanian, Arun Kumar and Prabhakar for giving me the valuable advice...
1st time (after 20 days of marriage), we (me and my wife) fight and her parent and brother came to my house and after some discussion, her brother get angry and broken my car. That time i didn't call the Panchayat. Our both family elder sit together and they bring back to her.
This is the 2nd incident happened in my life. This time again we fight and this time her brothers level was increased and this time they bit me. In the personal discussion with her on phone she accept her fault but in the notices she mention that it is a false stories. And also she mention in the notices that on the bases of the false stories I will plan to give divorce by hook and cook.
That is the rezone, i can't sit with her or her family elders because there will be no result after discussion. I blame her and her family and she will do the same thing.
She already brought the differences of husband and wife in society with my false image and to hide the truth she wants KULLA.
I want to solve the matter in a positive way that is the resone we want the both side relative or some responsible persons of Society. But the previously attached notice she clearly mention that she will sit with relative and responsible person.

As per the Arun kumar's suggestion, it is my last option but before neel down my head, i want to fight the truth in a light of your guidelines.
