Withdrawal of consent::

Under section 13 B of the Hindu Marriage Act, there is a period from six months to 18 months thereafter decree for dissolution of marriage follows.Can any of the party withdraw the consent after 18 months but before the Court passed the decree of dissolution of marriage?

OK Rakhi, do you mean that after elapsed of 18 months consent can not be withdrawn by any of the party or the Court will not permit such withdrawal?

Any party can withdraw consent anytime before the order is passed.

yes one party can withdraw the petition before passing the decree of divorce.

Under section 13B of Hindu Marriage Act, Withdrawl can be made by either party at any time before passing the decree.

Hindu Marriage Act says only 6 moths of Judicial Separation in case of mutual consent.

Yes you have every right to revoke your consent at any point of time prior to the order.
