Rights of husband

Myself and my wife are not living together for past 4 months. Can I go to her house and insist that I would stay there until they come up with some decision. For past 4 months they are neither saying YES or NO to any of our queries and always keep us guessing. Can I do that ? Will it cause any legal problem for me..No violence intended... just a kind of protest to keep things going..

Legally you can not enter the home of your wife if she does not want so.
If she continues to refuse your all overtures to get back, file a suit for restitution of conjugal rights.

dear anonymous,

why dont you talk to her informally either direct or through some common friend/releative.

any legal proceedings before hand will only escalate the issue beyond repair.

legal notice to come is the best option, however you may take help of common relatives to interven in the matter. legal proceeding must be the last options.

go to your wife with your well wishers and common friends and try to bring her. otherwise resort of legal proceedings.
