I humbly attach a brief about my matter for recovery of losses from Society for harming me and making me suffer financial losses and mental torture.

From what could be gathered,I am sorry to say U put too much faith in the police. U should have moved court long back.
1st I suggest U apply for a separate E'ty meter for U. The E'ty authorities are bound to provide U one.
A comprehensive suit for damages, injunction & other reliefs should be filed. Roping in the police will not help matters as they enjoy too much immunity. Moreover, U have not made a formal complaint to court.
NOTE; In future, if the police refuses to lodge a complaint (as they frequently do nowadays), send a complaint to the higher police authorities stating that the local PS has refused to register the complaint. The said letter should also have the complaint attached. It should be delivered by hand & if that is not possible,deliver it by Regd. Post A/D. If still nothing happens,file a Complaint Case u/s156(3)Cr.PC. with the Judicial Magistrate.
I will not advise U to approach the Consumer Court at this juncture as matter is too old. The civil suit should be filed as early as possible.
