after false 498a effect on wife

sir i filed divorce, later my wife filed false 498a went without informing. after 1 month with some mediator she told she vl be back to stay with me!!! (to create scene and file planned other cases on me) i refused and told i have faith in justice i will never join her as i lost faith in her when she filed false case. they are ready to withdraw case but i know her and her fathers criminal mind. i m sure shot never allow her to stay with me once again let divorce be at anytime because she has done such dramas many times and sacked me.any suggestions?

It is for you to decide whether you want to give her a chance or stick to your decision for divorce as you alone know her nature. If you can believe that she has changed, then give her a chance and save your marriage, if you are sure that all this is just to create another cause of action then, it is better to opt for divorce.

U are the best judge of the situation. While patch up may not be impossible, my professional experience say that U are right. Flee before more harm is caused. The sooner the better. U both can get on with life your own way. Otherwise,U may Have to rue the decision of a comeback. What if all this mess & more Happens after U have a child or two?
If your wife & in-laws have good intentions let them prove it by opting for a mutual & hassle-free divorce.
