Enrollment from other states to ap bar council

Sir,

My friend completed regular full time 3 years LLB from Tirupati in 2019.
He studied 10th-Std, 12th-Std CBSE syllabus & Degree from Chennai Tamilnadu. He lives in Nellore now his driving license is in Nellore address only. He has bank account in Nellore. He wants to register AP Bar council, practice in AP only. If someone could assist him he is ready to pay the legal charges for services rendered.

No Restrictions and it could be done.He should visit Vijayawada Amaravathi s Bar Council Office and being an Advocate he should do it him self.. The Distance from Nellore to Vijayawada Amaravathi -- 281 Kms--4 hours and 30 minutes by bus.
