I was given compulsory retirement from Border Roads Organisation on the allegation of misappropriation and manipulation of documents and excess payment to contractors but there was a preliminary inquiry in which i was called to depose and and there was an assessment of the works executed/ paid buy Board of officers and it was found that there was no discrepancy and contractor were paid the amount withheld by the department through arbitration proceedings. Now department is not furnishing the Inquiry report and Board to assess the quantum of work executed and paid taking the shelter of exemption clauses of RTI Act.

Under RTI, you may better call the whole of the (1) Report of BOO, including their findings, (2) Proceedings of the Arbitrator, (3) Report along with recommendations of the Arbitrator, (4) Copies of paid vouchers to the contractor, etc. You can get the whole insider information through all these documents to proceed further.
Evidently, if the amount has already been paid to contractor treating his claim to be genuine, your compulsory retirement can be termed as illegal and you can be reinstated in service, provided you plan and present your case perfectly through appeal to the departmental appellate authority or CAT, as the case may be.

There has been many publications of unsuspecting querists getting allured and fleeced at LCI by posers and impostors to extract FEE in the name of some online consultations, by entities posing as some Chief Lawyer (While the entity is LIAR and not a lawyer) advertisement of LAW FIRMS (For LAIR's firm) and open declarations that money/FEE paid can not be got refunded from the entities...............
Their post is usually followed by another of multiple fake ID's with Salutes for previous fake ID, to complete the drama.

In fact, a few of the so called fake experts, when don't have any solution, just try to play merely a number game to add scores by making vague posts. You would already have noticed that in spite of saying, no reply to you, he made four vague posts. A question arises, when he decided not to reply, what for he made 4 posts in reply to your query. Just a s a number game to FALSELY ADD SCORES to their profile, as if he has advised thousands of person and earned huge fame! As a confirmation his number game, you can see at his profile, where he has written, "I SHALL PREFER TO POST at LCI," I.E, HE BELIEVES ONLY IN MAKING POSTS, NOT TO GIVE "ADVICE".
So, you need not worry about their statements. They can well be identified easily by any querist from their vague posts.
Just see the fun, How Mr. Kumar Doab dares to say you anonymous, when everything of his is fake and false at his LCI profile. For the last 7 years he is appearing with an unreal name, fake identity and has not shown even his face (picture) and location. But still makes unwanted multiple vague posts.
You can notice another funny thing, when he himself is anonymous, but his advice has been liked by someone when he said, "please post your ID and you can get many replies....." Who can be that person, you can guess, who could have liked his worthless post? That can only be Mr. Rajendra K Goyal, supposed to be his close associate. But another thing to notice is that he has kept his profile totally blank without mentioning, who he is and what expertise he has got. Not only that he appears by hiding his face behind a 2 years' old infant. A question arises, can a 2 years old infant child be a legal expert? Another question arises, why he prefers not to post his own picture and keeps himself in hiding, if he is really an expert?
So, you can very well understand, why should you rely on such type of cheaters, who falsely claim to be experts, but don't give any advice?
You will notice another funny thing, even when you have already revealed your identity, both of them would never come forward with any realistic advice that can be considered of any worth.
Anyone can guess, why a person keeps in hide out that is only when he is some hardened criminal or a suspected terrorist, as has been pointed out by some other expert also. I saw some of the posts, where that expert openly challenged Mr. Kumar Doab to drag him in to the court of law, if he was wrong in his statement. He often uses a code word, "IT=@PSD" but has never clarified what that means, when asked several times earlier. Apparently code words are used by suspected terrorists only for flashing some message for his group terrorists, may be for murdering some specific person.
Now, you can expect another amazing thing. As usual, as on several other threads, Mr. Kumar Doab (unreal name) will start making abusive posts aiming at me, as I have tried to expose both of each other's associates.

Is it your case that you have been given the punishment of compulsory retirement after a preliminary inquiry? Was no charge-memo for disciplinary proceedings served on you? If so, what was the defence statement you had furnished?

Advice (positive) or NO advice (negative) essential is an advice. But when he decided not to advice, he still makes a negative advice. Question arises, when you did not make any request specifically to Mr. Rajendra K Goyal,.what urgency he felt to post his negative advice, as an information to you, more so, when he does not know ABC of BRO or about process of COI or BOO?
