Certified copies obtained from court. My query is that can these certified copies from court can be submitted as exhibit before another court.

Yes. The certified copy will be treated as original. So you can.

As per sec 74 of Indian Evidence Act only certified copies of public documents can be exhibited in another court.If you want to get exhibited certified copies which are not public documents then you have to seek the order from court to call the original documents from the court which possess.

Certified copy of court record can be exhibit in evidence, however, it will be better to request the Court to summon original court records.
