Nominee is only trustee of Property and actual owner of deceased property are his legal heirs Nominee can't retain the Property he is like collecting agent and after collection he has to disburse the same to legal heirs.

Yes. A nominee is the custodian of the property (either movable or immovable) and he should hand over the same to the legal heirs of the owner/deceased person.

Family pension is as per Pension Order and normally to the wife and when not alive to the eligible family member as per order issued. Regarding other dues it is as per share indicated by the employee and no one can exercise more right. No bar to share among the legal heirs on cash benefits and not the family pension.

The facts, as posted, are misconceived? Is it Service Book or Pension Book?
