If someone is fined of rupees 160 by police for non wearing mask and a gd is registered by his name and he is released in 1-2hours will this effect his government job? Will this record be kept by the police?

And what will he/she can tick in his govt job attestation form where they are asking for
a) Have you ever been arrested ? Yes/No
(b) Have you ever been prosecuted? Yes/No
(c) Have you ever been kept under detention? Yes/No
(d) Have you ever been bound down? Yes/No
(e) Have you ever been fined by a Court of Law? Yes/No
(f) Have you ever been convicted by a Court of law
for any offence ? Yes/No

To me, for all the answer is "NO". It is not a criminal case.

This is just a petty case and not a serious criminal offence hence it will not have any impact to your government employment opportunity
