Querist : Anonymous (Querist) 08 November 2020 This query is : Resolved
Dear Sir, I was a student in some university and university filled a criminal case on me and some other student with some section like 341, 332, 353, etc now that case has been taken back (withdrawn) by state govt. In 2017. So does I will face any problem at the time of appointment of govt. Job or not at all.
Edit - taken back means withdrawn.

The case was still pending and not decided against you, it would not affect your job prospect.
It would be better to consult and engage a local prudent lawyer for professional guidance and necessary proceeding.
Sudhir Kumar, Advocate (Expert) 08 November 2020
be clear are you acquitted.

If the Court had acceded thr request for withdrawal, you stands absolved of the charges. There is no further impediment for public employment because of the said criminal case.

Your appointment would not be effected.

Take a copy of case file and discuss with local lawyer.

Do not hide the fact when asked during process of appointment.
