Commodity trading while studying llb(3years)

Dear All,

I have enrolled for LLB(3years).

Can I do trading while doing my LLB course? I know that I should not be employed. But I believe trading is considered as a business. To be precise, I intend to do commodity business while studying.

I will also be attending the classes.

Please advice.

Unless and until your business is not during Class hours there could be no restriction in earning while learning

No restrictions for doing business during study of law course.

You can proceed till you complete the requirement of the attendance and other norms fixed for the course.

Yes. There is no problem. If you absent from your class, it may not understand you. So while studying, you can do business as a part-time job.
