Temporary injunction application

Order has been passed on temporary injunction application that the application will be decided along with the suit. Advocate of plaintiff filed an application for urgent hearing of temporary injunction application and it is allowed by Hon'ble Court. Now should I prefer appeal because there is no urgency or go for hearing of temporary injunction application? Please suggest me and give me case laws.

You can approach higher court against the orders of lower.

What is the restrainment order stated to have been passed in another (subsequent) application filed by the plaintiff ?
What is the relief claimed in the suit and which court it is pending ?

Dear Vashishta sir, yes I am counsel for defendant. suit is for easement and it is pending before CJJD.

Hello,

Since it is order of CJJD you can challenge the said injuction order in District Court.
