Abbreviated name in educational certificates

Sir my father's name is printed as M M RAO in all my educational certificates while all my other documents carry the name as Madala Madhava Rao will it create problem during document verification of government jobs?
Please give your suggestions.

No it should not create any problem qua abbrevaited name of your father.

Practically it would not create any problem.
If the certificate is not very old, consult the concerned Board / university, complete the required formalities through concerned school/ college and get the name changed.

I passed my tenth in 2014 it is not possible to get them corrected.

If you feel that this may result in any difficulty at any stage, may get an affidavit sworn that both are names of your father in abbreviated and full form. Also get the fact published in official gazette of state, two news papers.

Yes. It is better to get a Notary Affidavit sworn by you and your father regarding the name. Consult a Notary, he will do best.
