जिला &सेशन न्यायलय द्वारा सूचना मीडिया में आई की आवश्यक प्रकृति के प्रकरणों के अतिरिक्त अन्य समस्त प्रकरणों में आगामी तारीख़ पेशी निम्नानुसार निर्धारित की जाती है
हमारी सुनवाई की डेट अप्रैल थी जो हम नन्ही जा पाए लोक डॉन के कारण
आगामी तारीख़ मई हुई फिर जून हुई
i o को चालान पेश करना था
क्या i.o. ने चालान पेश किया होगा
क्युकी अधिकतर वकील और आम इंसान को कोर्ट जाना मना था
अतिरिक्त सिविल जज &महानगर मेजिस्ट्रेट की कोर्ट हे
एकल आरोपी 380 ipc हे
अभी भी कोर्ट टाइम 8 :30 am से 12 pm है

जब प्रकरण सुनवाई के लिए निर्धारित हुआ ही नहीं तो अनुसंधान अधिकारी द्वारा चालान पेश करने का प्रश्न ही नहीं उठता। पुलिस तंत्र तो सारे का सारा आजकल कोरोना सेवा में संलग्न है इसलिए निश्चिंत रहें। केवल निर्धारित प्रकरण पर ही सुनवाई जारी है।

सादर राजकुमार जी, धन्यवाद् आगामी तिथि जून फर्स्ट वीक हे
हमारे एरिया में सभी मूवमेंट & मार्केट ओपन है
अब पुलिस लोगों को घर में रोकने की ड्यूटी से फ्री हो गई
अब i .o . भी फ्री हो गया
कंही i .0 . अब तो नन्ही चला जाएगा कोर्ट में ? इन हालातों में

i o .क्या तारीख़ से पहले भी कोर्ट में चालान देते चले जाते है
फ़रवरी की पहली डेट तो आरोपी ने अटेंड की जमानत के बाद और मार्च की डेट वकील ने
इन दोनों डेट पर pp (पब्लिक प्रासीक्यूटर)और पुलिस नहीं थी
तो क्या फिर भी केस में आगे कुछ नही हुआ होगा लोक डॉन के दौरान
और क्या जून की डेट तक वेट करेगा ?

Certainly. You have to wait till the next hearing date. Request your Advocate to do the needful by checking on that.

lawyer said i do not know i will tell you in june when i will go court .

अनुसंधान अधिकारी यदि चालान न्यायालय के कार्यालय अधिकारियों के पास में जमा करा भी दे तो भी आपके विरुद्ध कोई कार्यवाही नहीं की जा सकती क्योंकि निर्धारित तिथि पर ही उक्त चालान, यदि जमा कर दिया गया है अथवा उस तिथि से पूर्व जमा करा दिया जाएगा, को संज्ञान में लेगा।

Court proceedings may be available online, try to find out.

If lockdown opens and Courts functions normally, accused must attend the court.

Find out from the online proceedings whether challan was presented or not.

Due to lockdown physical verification may not be possible / easy. If the record is available online, it would be of much help / easy / convenient / fast.

The courts are instruction not to initiate any adverse action such as issue of warrants, hearing ex-parte etc. during the period of lock-down and dates are given if the court cannot take up the matter or the parties/advocates are absent. The case status could be accessed at e-courts.gov.in.
