Thretening by police

I bought One Home Appliance from a reputed Brand. The Distributor confirmed us some price and when total invoice came it was higher. Distributor, Company Service Manager and Third Party Service owner talked to me on phone and I told him on phone to go to consumer court and may go upto media for my justice. They all three recorded my telephonic talks and registered a police complaint that we have beaten up their service person. To my shock nothing such happened and even police called us after 6 hours of delivery. We went to police station on night first, neither anyone from complint side was present nor police show us any documents. When we ask something to police they only threatened and make us seat in Police station for midnight. Now since last two weeks time Police is threatening us on phone and forcing us every night to present on Police station. They give us call every night continuously. If we ask something they start threatening by abusive language. I could not understand whether is it possible to FIR or NC ? what worst police can do to us ? How can we come out from this ?. Record the deliberations, send a petition to Humanrights commission for suitable action agaisnt the police official for the harassment and mental agony. since the police had exceeded limits agasint the humanrights and made to remain at station at night besides threatening over phone.

If FIR is filed you have to visit police station. Meanwhile you can complaint to higher police officials about their harassment.

There was no FIR nor NC. POlice was just misusing his vardi s power . Finally PSI has taken heavy amount and till last moment he was threatening to take my job or local gundas by extreme abusive language in front of my father who is 75. This is new India.How much citizens safe against Police god knows. Worst experience of my life. To be a normal educated citizen is crime in India.

Report the matter to higher police officials.
You should have called at 100 from police station itself, if there was some truth in your story Mr/Ms Anonymous.
