During the notice period continue to serve as desired and stop attending your duty since the "D" date.

Hi,
Read you offer letter/Appointment letter carefully, and communicate them with the clause mention in letter, take the step (Resignation/Notice Period ) and you can go, no one can stop you to take you call until and unless you are involve any particular project and close mention in offer letter.

Complete your notice period first, then you can first send request letter/mail for getting relieving letter & service certificate. If it did not work, then you can send notice to your employer through local lawyer.
