Wife share related

Sir I want to purchase a four wheeler on my name on loan from bank. Can my wife claim her share on it. Loan will on my name and I have to pay the instalments. A divorce case is also running between us for the last 3 years. Kindly suggest about her percentage.

No claim on any of your movable or immovable property by your wife, she can only seek maintenance and alimony from you and that too if she has no financial means to maintain herself.

Prasanna Sir how can I take vehicle loan in her name? Divorce case is running and she is not living with me then how it is possible. Kindly reply.

You don't have to worry when I have told you that your wife cannot claim any property, movable or immovable in your name, she can claim only maintenance or alimony from you. You don't have to buy any vehicle in her name.
