I was involved in a bike&care accident.what should i do now?

I was involved in a bike & care accident. The other car driver came in the wrong direction (Service road). I got major injuries on my right leg . Now the other person had filed a case against me & he don't have valid insurance.
1. In service road can be used two way
2.I don't no it is my mistake or that care driver mistake

Kindly guide me.

Usually the rider of big vehicle will be booked as such you need not worry.

Size of the Vehicle will not be an aspect to decide who is under fault.. It is Not that only Big Vehicle to be booked. You have to challenge the cases filed on you and better discuss with local Advocate in detail explaining the real facts along with copy of FIR filed

I have proper document ( RC,license,Insurance ) but that car driver didn't have valid insurance, also he was come on wrong direction in service road.

Have you lodged FIR to investigate and compensation claim? If so, what is the opinion and advise of your lawyer, proceed as advised. If not, engage a prudent local lawyer and move fast.
