Revoking power of attorney

Me, my mother and sister were forced to sign a power of attorney and an building agreement with a builder. After seeing the sanctioned plan we had declined the offer. We had filed a case u/s 9 of Indian Civil Code.My mother expired recently. How can we revoke hte agreement and the power of attorney?
Please respond fast.

Any Power of Attorney whether Registered or Unregistered would automatically get cancelled on the demise of executor unless and until no execution/implementation had taken place during the life time of the executor.Discuss with your Advocate in detail.

Dear Sirs,
Though I am not a lawyer, I had a knowledge that if one of the signatories of the Building Agreement and the Power of Attorney expires, before implementation both becomes null and void. Please let me know the sections.

Mr.Jigyasu,
I am stuck in a case wherein my mother has signed the power of attorney to the builder.We have already filed a case for revocation of power of attorney.
Had I been a lawyer i wouldn't have asked this question.
Please think before you reply. I wanyted an unbiased advise.

My opponent party lawyers are also a part of this club that is the reason I have posted anonymously I stay in Kolkata. I can't understand how does identity matters for a simple query. I got my answers from respected Mr.P.Venu and Mr. N.J.S. Rajkumar. Please3 stop posting stupid comments on this post.

Vague after thought stupid plea ! What is the opinion of your own lawyer? When you have come for the opinion of experts, you can't direct them to stop that too calling their responses as stupid comments.
If you were so afraid of your opponent party lawyer, you would not have come to this forum. You originally asked for the sections of law but when questioned of what use will be the sections to you, now you have changed the sentence to "please respond fast."
Be aware, by making changes in your original query does not justify your query to a genuine personal problem of yours to deserve any advice.
Now you have stated that you have got the solution with the reply of Mr. NJS.Rajkumar and P Venu. But they have also not quoted your desired sections.
Still further, when you believe that your opponent party's lawyer is also a member of this forum, why you have subsequently added your name as "Sourojit Roy." WITH THIS INCLUSION OF YOUR NAME, WILL YOUR OPPONENT LAWYER NOT BE ABLE TO IDENTIFY YOU?,

Better rely on your own lawyer. If you can't trust your own lawyer, change him him without any delay, rather than calling others as posting stupid comments. In fact, your post was a stupid query and you didn't deserve any free advice. Experts are not your paid servant to give you any right to comment against their respect and prestige. Better behave in senses in the open forum.
It is a sheer misuse of FREE services of the experts on your part.

When you are an enquirer why are you trying to give any solution.Most importantly I have changed the status to resolved. hy are you posting replies in the same post?
