Take help of your own very able senior LOCAL counsel of unshakable repute and integrity specializing in such/criminal matters and having successful track record……….and get out of the mess on merits.
Needless to mention don’t conceal anything in any application, affidavit that you submit and sign.
Keep certified copies of all docs, complaints, reports, case papers, decision, fine etc etc
