Sc/st land sale & purchase

Dear Experts,

I urgently need advice on the law for sale and purchase of the land (under Panchayat). I belong to Scheduled Caste category and I am planning to buy an land from general Category owner in Bhubaneswar Orissa. Now if in near future (may be in the span of 10 years) I want to sell the land to General category person, Can I do that? What all options will I have when selling the same to General Category person?
Your advice will be highly appreciated.

This query was aleady replied in previous thread. you can buy property from general category memberrs and can sell to any one. if any land is notified as Tribal area lands then no one can purchase that property.

There is 'NO" caste factor in buying/selling free-hold property owned by a general category vendor/vendee.

Thanks a lot for your suggestion Vashista sir, my query is actually other way round. I am asking like if I am buying a free hold plot from general category vendor, although I belong to SC/ST category, I can buy it. But when after buying that plot, can I sell that plot area to any category people or only to SC/ST category people.
