Weekly off considered as leave

Dear All,
Myself S Naga Raju working as a HSE Professional in Galileo Ship Management and travels pvt ltd, at Arakkonam near Chennai. My company registered under the Companies act, 2013 and Company rules 2014 – attached page 1.
Self-taken leave from 3rd Oct to 6th Oct with approval of the manager. HR department availed 6 leaves instead of 4 leaves including Saturday and Sunday deducted too.

HR Department statement.
Weekly off (paid holiday) is entitled and followed as per the shop and establishment act. Therefore weekly off is entitled to the staff who worked min 48 hrs in a week. Even I have mentioned these 3 to 4 days is on courtesy basis not in act. will not entitled for weekly off. – attached page 2.

Please advice and help me how to handle the situation

The querist has already mentioned his name as well as the organization's name in his description. So, what more you people want from him? Why making vague posts, if both of you don't have any solution to suggest to the querist?

Why playing merely a number game to add number of posts at your credit for false representation?

Consult a local prudent lawyer for proper analyses and guidance since the statement of HR Department is wrong and require to be challenged.

Are you sure your employer company is registered under the provisions of Companies Act, 2013 and not Societies Registration Act, 1861?

Its a short small company setup with 20 employees and private office. We dont have any union. we are registered only under company act 2013 only.

Further by making two posts just to make taunt on me, you have proved for yourself that only you are playing a number game, not me. Whatever you wanted to point out about me, you could have asked even through a single post. By the way, what do you know about me?

Moreover, by making total 3 posts in this thread, what solution you have provided to the querist so far? That number of vague and valueless posts in themselves prove that you make posts only to play a number game, like your close associate Mr. Kumar Doab, who also made 2 vague posts, in order to make merely vague and childish posts, as he also makes posts only to add numbers to his credit.

In this thread, you have stated, "no advice to an author, who is anonymous." BUT, A QUESTION ARISES, DO YOU REALLY KNOW ANYTHING ABOUT SERVICE LAWS TO BE CAPABLE OF ADVISING THE AUTHOR OF THE QUERY, WHEN MADE SUCH AN IRRELEVANT POST AND THEN ADDED 2 MORE VAGUE AND IRRELEVANT POSTS IN THIS THREAD?

YOU MUST ALSO BE AWARE THAT I DON'T MSILEAD OR MISGUIDE ANY QUERIST, LIKE Mr. KUMAR DOAB AND YOU PREFER TO DO.

After all, you must have some ethics, before you make any irrelevant post in response to any querist. Had you known something about service laws, you could well have replied in a single post, even when you were made aware of the identity of the author of the query, instead of making 2 more vague and irrelevant posts.

The posts of IT=@PSD i.e. entity at 5,12,13,14th post in this thread, from all of IT’s=@PSD’s multiple fake ID’s from Day1 and in this thread also is good for nothing.
IT=@PSD does nothing else and other than misleading not only querists, readers, members, Experts, but forum in totality…………..not only LCI but wherever IT=@PSD has posted or shall post in future.


IT=@PSD has been leaving NO stone unturned to allure and fleece unsuspecting querists…….

If by even an error querist posts name of the establishment IT=@PSD may jump to inform employer. IT has been suggesting employers to transfer whole of staff 50-100 from one corner bordering Pakistan to another corner bordering China.

Your ID can be anything say; initials, tribe, mohalla, city, country etc etc.
Remain gentle and amiable while you post a query seeking help and you have a right to get everything that is for your future employability and provided for in enactments in Republic of India.

Similar query has been discused in many threads that you can ‘SEARCH’ in ‘SEARCH’ option on middle of right hand side of this web page in Experts section and in ‘SEARCH’ option on bottom of right hand side of the web page in Form section…………….

You can also ‘SEARCH in other sections e.g; Articles, Judgments, Files………… And download even citations, judgments, procedures etc etc ………

Avoid posting photos/names/email id/phone numbers/addresses etc etc or attaching any document containing photos/names/email id/phone numbers/addresses etc etc and erase photos/names/email id/phone numbers/addresses etc etc while sending any documents to anyone, anywhere except your own very able senior LOCAL counsel of unshakable repute and integrity specializing in such/civil matters and having successful track record in handling such matters thru courts of law and with concerned authorities …
