Can I file a complaint against the event organiser for not giving away the prize? I won the 1st prize in a photography competition in Bangalore.
The local Mla was the chief guest. It's been 2 months since the results got out and they're are just blaming the sponsor and getting away. I was supposed to get a lens worth 10k. Is there any place I can get help? Thanks in advance.

Get your case examined by some local lawyer with reference to all printed material and conditions pertaining to the competition.

Absolutely vague post by Mr. Kumar Doab. Probably, he presumes that the querist would not look upon the point raised by Mr. P Venu, or would respond only after direction of Mr. Doab.

Sir the contest was judged and the result was announced on a Whatsapp group containing all the participants. I have the receipt of the entry fee payment and the participation certificate. Now they're are giving silly reasons and are avoiding my calls. What should i do ? Can i take a legal action ?

At several occasions, I asked you what for you use the code word, "IT=@PSD" but you have never come forward with any clarification. Why make such a useless posts, which do not have any relevance?
About contribution, you should be concerned with your own contribution, while you make only irrelevant and vague & meaningless posts, instyead of any advice or guidance to the querist. Contrarily, I have suggested the way out to the querist. If you don't tend to agree, advice the querist with some really meaningful advice swo that the querist is prompted to respond to your own advice, rather than making several useless, meaningless and vague posts.
In fact, you tend to reveal that you are really a fake expert, as some experts declared so about you. Not only that, your posts speak much more about your mental condition.

Paritosh, first talk to the MLA who was the chief guest. That shd resolve, if that does not help then talk to organisers that you will file FIR (cheating and fraud) as they have collected the fee. That will help to start with.

MR R Trivedi sir i already spoke with the MLA . They spoke to the organisers and assured the prize in 10th days. But again no response from both MLA and organizer side after 10 days ! I'm totally saddened.

In such case one way is to exploit the matter through media to pressurize the organizers.
May write to party head at state and center, to which the said MLA belong to intervene as such steps are adversely effecting the public image of the party.

Mr.Rajendra Yeah i can try that. But cant i file a cheating case ? Because its not only who got cheated but all the participants got cheated. :((
