Cancellation of registered irrevocable poa

Dear SIR/MADAM

HOW CAN I CANCEL A REGISTERED IRREVOCABLE POA?
UNDER WHICH ACT I HAVE TO REVOKE IT?
IF ANY JUDGEMENT OR ANY GOVERNMENT NOTIFICATION OF CANCELLATION OF REGISTERED IRREVOCABLE POA?

Send acknowledged information to POA holder regarding cancellation of the POA. If he refuse, you can send registered letter AD to POA holder informing cancellation of POA.

Take back the original POA document from the holder.

To be on safe side may publish in news paper though not mandatory.

Sec 202 of Indian Contracts Act clearly states if the attorney/Agent has interest the POA can not be cancelled with out his Consent.Show all the documents and discuss with Local Good Advocate
